BT has recently revised the trigger level of potential customers before they will convert the Great Bentley exchange to be Broadband enabled.
To quote their web site
'We need 200 people to register their interest in buying broadband ADSL at this exchange. If 200 people register then we will begin the process to upgrade the exchange.'
